Many SPAZIOIL products are handmade, hand-finished, made to order, textured, framed, stretched, printed, painted, or assembled using natural or artistic materials 

As a result, minor differences may occur in: 

• Color and tone

• Brushwork

• Texture and surface finish

• Pattern placement

• Composition details

• Dimensions

• Frame grain and wood tone

• Framing and stretching

• Edge appearance

• Handmade characteristics

 

These natural and artistic variations are not automatically considered defects.

Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Small differences may result from handmade production, stretching, framing, or measurement methods.

We do not guarantee that a physical artwork will look exactly the same as it appears on a digital screen, preview image, room mockup, or product photograph.

 However, the product must remain materially consistent with the description, selected options, and approved order details. 

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications, prices, available options, and inventory. Such changes will not materially alter an order that we have already accepted without your approval.

We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available to a person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

 

SECTION 3 - CUSTOMIZED AND PERSONALIZED ARTWORK 

Certain SPAZIOIL products may be customized or personalized based on photographs, instructions, colors, sizes, layouts, names, text, or other materials provided by the customer.

When you upload or provide a photograph, image, logo, text, design, or other content to us, you represent and warrant that:

 • You own the content or have permission to use it.

• You have the authority to provide it to us.

• Our use of the content to fulfill your request will not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, or other rights.

• You have obtained appropriate permission from identifiable individuals appearing in the content.

• Where a minor appears in the content, you are the parent or legal guardian or have authorization from the parent or legal guardian.

• The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited.

 

You retain any ownership rights you have in the original content that you provide.

You grant SPAZIOIL a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, copy, edit, adapt, process, transmit, and use that content solely as reasonably necessary to:

• Prepare previews or design drafts

• Communicate with you about the order

• Create and fulfill the customized product

• Process revisions requested by you

• Provide customer service

• Resolve production, delivery, payment, or dispute issues

• Maintain necessary business and transaction records

 

Content uploaded solely for order fulfillment will not be used in advertising or public marketing without your separate permission, except where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights.

We may refuse or cancel a customization request if we reasonably believe that the submitted content violates these Terms, infringes another person’s rights, creates legal or safety concerns, or cannot be produced to an acceptable standard.

If we cancel an order for one of these reasons before production, we will refund any eligible amount paid, subject to deductions permitted by our Refund and Return Policy or applicable law.

 

SECTION 4 - PREVIEWS, REVISIONS, AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL

Certain customized products may include a digital preview, composition draft, or other pre-production approval process.
A digital preview is an approximate visual guide. It is not a photograph of the final physical product and cannot reproduce every detail of hand painting, texture, framing, printing, color, scale, or material appearance.

Where revisions are offered, they apply only to the stage and scope described on the product page or in our written communication with you.

 Unless we expressly agree otherwise:

• Revisions apply to the pre-production design or preview stage.

• Revisions must remain within the original product, photograph, composition, and customization request.

• A request involving a different photograph, different subject, different product, or substantially different composition may be treated as a new customization request.

• Changes requested after physical production has begun may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

 When you approve a preview or instruct us to begin production, you confirm that you have reviewed the visible composition, subject placement, orientation, text, colors, and other customization details shown in the preview.

 Approval does not waive your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order details.

 

SECTION 5 - ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not prevent us from reviewing the order for payment authorization, product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, customization feasibility, or violations of these Terms.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for legitimate business, legal, security, inventory, payment, or production reasons.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and the cancellation is not caused by a chargeback, fraud, customer breach, or other amount properly deductible under our policies, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

The price charged for an accepted order will be the price displayed at checkout and shown in the order confirmation, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error.

 Because many of our products are made to order or customized, changes or cancellations may become unavailable after production begins.

 Customized and personalized products may be subject to different return conditions from standard, non-personalized products.

 If these Terms conflict with our Refund and Return Policy concerning a return, exchange, cancellation, or refund, the Refund and Return Policy will control.

 Processing and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed.

 We will use commercially reasonable efforts to prepare and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.

 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal and lawful shopping purposes.

 Without our prior written permission, you may not:

 Purchasing a physical artwork transfers ownership of that physical item after full payment and delivery.

 Unless expressly agreed in writing, purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, commercial reproduction rights, licensing rights, or ownership of the underlying artwork design.

 You may display and enjoy a purchased artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 Nothing in this section transfers ownership of customer-provided source photographs or other content to SPAZIOIL.

 

SECTION 11 - REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND PUBLIC SUBMISSIONS

 You may voluntarily submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photographs, videos, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback.

 When you submit content specifically as a public review, social media tag, testimonial, contest entry, or marketing submission, you grant SPAZIOIL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content for business, customer-service, and promotional purposes.

 This public-submission license does not automatically apply to private photographs or files uploaded solely for creating or fulfilling a customized order.

 You represent that:

 • You own or are authorized to submit the content.

• The content is accurate and reflects your genuine experience.

• The content does not infringe another person’s rights.

• Any incentive or compensation connected with the content has been properly disclosed.

• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading.

• The content does not contain malware or harmful code.

 We may moderate, refuse, edit, or remove public submissions that violate these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of another person.
